Yes, I can rework preloved jewellery into a selection of designs on a case by case basis. I require your gemstones to be greater than 9 on the Moh's scale of hardness (mainly diamonds, rubies and sapphires). Email info@holliegraphic.com to find out if your design idea can be reworked.

Sterling silver can oxidise and tarnish over time. To remedy this, please use my tarnish resistant packaging when you are not wearing your jewellery and clean your jewellery once a month.

Prices on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD).

All Holliegraphic products can be shipped worldwide. Standard International shipping is a flat $25 AUD fee or $40 for express international shipping. 

All custom-made jewellery takes 3-5 weeks to be crafted, whereas handmade to order pieces take 2-5 weeks. Please allow shipping time on top of these timeframes.

I know it can be hard to measure yourself, so I have the option of ordering an inexpensive ring sizer with your order. That way you can leave size TBD at the checkout and let me know your size when it arrives in the post. That way there is minimal downtime with your order, ensuring you have your jewellery ASAP.

Please refer to my sizing page and if you are unsure,your local jewellery and watch repair store can size you correctly to ensure you receive a well fitted piece of jewellery. I must stress the importance of knowing your correct ring size before ordering because if I have to resize your jewellery, you are looking at a minimum $50 + return shipping fee for silver rings and gold rings on a quote-by-quote basis.
